4/11 1996: SAMAINA collided with the Greek Navy patrol-boat ANTHIPOPLOIARHOS near the Greek island
Samos and the patrol-boat sank. Four crewmember on the patrol-boat parish. SAMAINA had some bow damage.
1997: After repair laid up at Eleusis Bay.
28/6 2000: Departured Eleusis Bay for India. Renamed SAMA 1.
21/7 2000: Arrived Alang, India to be broken up.
