1967: Rederi AB Rex purchased by Salén Koncernen, Stockholm, Sweden.
1/7 1975: Company name changed to Salénrederierna AB
1978: Sold to H. T. Abdul Aziz Estb., Saudi Arabia and departured from Gothenburg 2/1 1978 renamed SALEM.
Dec. 1979: Sold to Corfu Nav. Co., Piraeus, Greece and renamed ALPHA.
10/8 1984: Grounded on pos. 06°00' S and 12°21' E during a voyage from Abidjan. She was later refloated and anchored on Bananas berth, but her mainengine had broke down when she tried to go off the ground and she was declared as a "constructive total loss" and was abandoned on the spot.
1985: The ship was sold to Latsis Shipbreaking Ind., Eleusis where she arrived in January 1986 to be broken up.
